Information AnyPin is planned to handle
AnyPin is being developed to store project, client, building and survey information entered by the user, plus pin records, observations, photographs, recommendations, comments, status, surveyor information and survey dates.
Local data and files
Survey data and report files may be stored locally on the device. Users should protect their device and delete local surveys or files when they are no longer required.
Device permissions
The app may request camera, photo-library and file permissions so users can capture or select photographs and prepare survey records. Permission wording will be finalised before release.
Future optional services
Optional cloud backup, synchronisation, account, shared-access and subscription services may be considered later. This draft does not state that those services are active and does not identify an unresolved cloud provider.
Support enquiries
If a user voluntarily contacts support, the enquiry may include contact details, app version, device information, survey context and fault details supplied by that user.
Retention and deletion
