Where is survey data stored?
Projects and photos are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded by AnyPin.
How do I transfer a survey backup?
Export a local backup, transfer the file by email or another file-sharing method, and import it into AnyPin on another supported device. If the receiving device saves it elsewhere, move it into the AnyPin Backups folder before importing.
What information should accompany a fault report?
Include the installed AnyPin version, your device details, steps to reproduce the issue, and whether survey data, photographs, backup transfer, or report output were involved.
